Introducing the first striker fired pistol from Heckler & Koch since the famous P7 series. HK created some of the first striker fired handguns such as the P7 and VP70, directly influencing several models made by competitors. Despite the numerous types of striker fired pistols on the market, a quality trigger pull has been elusive. Now, the Heckler & Koch VP9 semi-auto handgun brings a superior trigger pull with a crisp break and a short positive reset. Like its P30 brethren, the VP9 utilizes the HK ergonomic grip design that includes three interchangeable backstraps and six side panels; giving the shooter the most customizable grip on the market.
All of the VP9’s controls are fully ambidextrous and the frame includes a MIL-STD-1913 rail for mounting lights and/or lasers. Slide mounted charging supports provide for better traction when racking the slide. With its polygonal rifling, the cold hammer forged barrel delivers a long service life, as well as increased velocity, and accuracy. Like other HK’s, the VP9’s machined steel slide is finished with HK’s hostile environment finish for the ultimate protection against corrosion and wear. The Heckler & Koch VP9 semi-auto pistol is built tough with the famous durability that make HK’s famous and cost effective.
